Do I require a license? for development & staging sites?

Nope. As long as you’re only using the plugin on one live site, just buy the single-site license. Only one license is required for production sites.

It works with what? LearnDash versions 2, 3 and 4?

Yes. Yes. Our plugin works exactly the same way. for LearnDash 2.x, 3.x, and 4.x.

Is it compatible? for LearnDash?

Yes. Quiz Customizer for LearnDash is 100% compatible with both the free & pro versions of Design Upgrade for LearnDash. You can use it all by itself. for the best experience, we recommend at least the free version of Design Upgrade for Learndash.

Is it compatible?

The Quiz Customizer for LearnDash should work with most WordPress themes. We also added support for:

• BuddyBoss theme, last tested early 2021
• WisdmLabs’ eLumine

If you have already selected a theme, and would like us to confirm whether our plugin will work, just shoot us an email with a link to your website and we’ll take a look.

We have tested it & can confirm compatibility with Astra, Divi, Avada, GeneratePress, BuddyBoss, eLumine & OceanWP (as of Dec 2020).

What about page builders?

Can I still use this plugin if I cancel my subscription

Absolutely. The plugin is yours for life once you have purchased it. For the first year, you’ll receive support, updates & new features. After that, the plugin will continue to work, but you’ll need to maintain an active subscription to continue receiving support, updates & new features.

Is my plan automatically renewed?

Yes. Yes. Your subscription will automatically renew for one year, unless cancelled. You may cancel any time from your account.

What’s the difference between plans?

Every plan includes all features, and is available to receive support & updates for 1 year.

The only difference between the plans is the number of sites you can install this plugin on. You can only use the plugin on one site if you purchase the single-site option. Are you interested in using it on 2 or more sites? The 20-site plan is for you.

If you’d like to use it on more than 20 sites, shoot us an email and we’ll work something out.

Can I upgrade my plan

Sure! You can upgrade at any time, and you’ll only pay the difference between plans.

Are you able to offer a full refund?

We’d be happy to discuss offering you a refund within 30 days of your purchase. We require the following information due to the nature digital software.

• You can show the plugin’s failure to perform the intended function.
• Give us a chance to assist you first
• You agree to delete all files associated to the plugin and to forfeit your rights to use it
